The Blue Wagyu

The Blue Wagyu was inspired by our desire to share the farm to table concept showcasing our exceptional beef reasonably priced. Seasonal recipes are created by our chef’s ongoing relationship with local farmers and suppliers. Our family takes great pride in providing this high quality beef raised just around the corner on our family farm. The distinctive menu is complimented by a list of artisan cocktails, select wines, and Michigan craft beers. The Blue Wagyu is situated on the picturesque grounds of the beautiful Yankee Springs Golf Course.
We are excited to offer a multi-faceted concept that is versatile enough to be your neighborhood “go-to” for leisure or business. The large bar, deck and modern farmhouse dining room, making it the perfect place to unwind after work or golf.
With our extended gathering venues, we host and cater to any size event. The Barn features a unique setting for parties of 100 or less, with an indoor/ outdoor ambiance to be enjoyed by all guests. The Tent is the largest of our gathering places with a capacity of 300+. This grand open air reception area embraces the outdoor landscape and includes private access to manicured grasses. Additionally, the versatility of the dining room provides a relaxing space for dinner, featuring a menu that appeals to the foodie in all of us.
